Andrew Fitzpatrick

is a New York City-based performer & choreographer from Rochester, NY. From a young age, he has been engaging in dance as a means of connecting with others, using it to establish common ground with other dancers across all boundaries. After graduating from Webster Schroeder High School, he was admitted to New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts where he’s completed his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance.

His experience credits include performing in works by Bill T. Jones and Trisha Brown and choreographing 3 Off-Broadway Musicals: Cabaret, Spring Awakening, and Amélie.

He noticed a greater importance of empathy as a facilitator for connection with others and made it his mission in life to imbue the world with empathy because empathy is the only way we can create a world that is truly safe for everyone, where everyone can be themselves, can be open about who they are, and feel appreciated for their differences instead of simply defined by them.
